“A light sip” (\u201cLagani gutljaj\u201c) is the idea of \u200b\u200ba short series in which I will present several very simple and very tasty cocktails on the GINfinity Instagram page, that you can make at home without the need for fancy props or great bartending skills.<\/p>

The first of the cocktails I present is the 50:50 Martini – a perfect combination of gin and dry vermouth, with a few drops of bitter. All of them together give a more elegant and light version of everyone’s beloved martini. <\/p>

I chose this cocktail because I like balance, but also because, next to gin, vermouth is one of my favorite drinks. In this cocktail, they come together in equal proportion to give an elegant, light version of the martini, the one chosen by people who like a slightly softer approach to this iconic drink. <\/p>

I also add a few drops of bitter, which brings a warm, citrusy note and makes a little twist in the taste.<\/p>

As a garnish, I use lemon peel, and it is quite enough.<\/p>
